A CLASSIC BETRAYAL

Just a few days ago, the United States Supreme Court reached a decision which, in my opinion, is a betrayal of trust to the American people.  In a five/four ruling, it declared that anyone born in the United States is automatically an American citizen regardless of parental citizenship!  In other words, a foreign pregnant woman can enter the country and have a child and return home with a United States citizen cuddled next to her after receiving a Social Security number for the child..

In 1868, Congress approved the Fourteenth Amendment which stated that a child born in this country and subject to the jurisdiction thereof was a legal citizen.  The purpose of the amendment was to establish citizenship for freed slaves and their offspring born and living here.  In no way was the intent to allow foreign nationals and illegals to take advantage of citizenship for their offspring.

What is not common knowledge is the fact that thousands of pregnant women from China, Russia and other areas fly into liberal states, to have their children and then fly home after a short stay!  Sanctuary states actually provide room and board locations and profit from the activity.

Twenty years later, these children can re-enter the United States and assume all benefits as citizens; however, where does their true allegiance lie?  My guess would be the country where they were raised.  Upon returning, these “citizens” would enter with absolutely no knowledge of our culture.  Come to think of it, thanks to liberal education, that holds true for those being raised here!

Obviously, the same holds true for illegals who have children while here.  And get this: they, as natural-born citizens, could actually run for president!  This has to stop!

Any respect I had for Chief Justice Roberts dissipated when he joined the “lefties” to render this horrendous decision.  On the other hand, Justice Clarance Thomas became my hero when he dissented.

In the meantime, fewer and fewer children are being born here while countless  potential American citizens are being legally aborted.  Tell me, shouldn’t the intentional ending of the life of a future United States citizen be a homicide?

Speaking of children, I recently read an article which left me horrified.  A Somali man in the Islamic Republic of Minnesota was arrested for sexually abusing a ten-year-old girl which included penetration as well as other sexual activity, and which had been going on for nearly two years!  Not only was he released without charges, he was also pardoned by the Minnesota Pardons Board led by none other than Governor Tim Walz!  The offender’s excuse?  In Islam, such action is not a crime!  He blamed the girl for engaging him!  (In strict Islamic culture women are considered property.)

I can’t begin to comprehend the actions of Walz and those who voted with him to pardon an illegal pedophile.  I wish I could say I was surprised; however, their previous criminal activity in Minnesota indicates their character.

How would I have dealt with punishment?  I’m glad you asked.  To begin with, he would spend the rest of his life in prison, but only after after his fellow prisoners were told why he was there.  I’m sure some have ten-year-old daughters.  Finally, he would begin his prison sentence only after surgical removal of the offending appendage.

Can you hear the lefties screaming?
