DOES IT PAY TO PROTEST?

I mentioned a few episodes ago that I was pretty well convinced that the protests taking place across the country were organized.  The bit I watched last evening has solidified my belief.  A very ingenious fellow made it a practice to mix with these protesters and came up with a very interesting video.

He was able to establish that chants were actually scripted as protesters eyed smart phones while shouting.  He also discovered that gatherings ended at specific time and all “protesters” were suddenly gone as if punching a time clock. And several “protesters were present at different events as if they were just going to work!

It has also become known that the Biden Administration issued over five million Social Security numbers to those entering our country illegally!  And we wonder why that system is in financial distress.  I am of the opinion that leftists are far more protective of illegals than those who need protection from them!  What do they say to voters in their district who suffered?  The daughter raped and murdered, the home or business looted, citizens afraid to leave their homes for fear of being assaulted or worse . . .

A classic example of the type of idiocy the left elects to represent its voters is the rampage Senator Cory Booker (D) New Jersey, raved and ranted for twenty-five hours straight on the Senate floor without so much as a pee break, let alone a meal.  He broke the record for the longest uninterrupted rant in the history of that entity.  And what did he say during that period of time?  I have no idea.  What little I watched was primarily gibberish and I have a strong feeling that he was high on something.

And I find it disconcerting that there are pro-Palestine female protesters.  The overwhelming majority of Palestinians are Islamic.  The strict Islamic doctrine considers females as property.  They have no rights.  Females sole existence is to procreate.  If they leave home, they must be fully covered and a man must accompany them.  Also, they may well be one of several wives.  Under Islamic law, in order for a woman to prove rape, it must be witnessed by three males who are non- participants!  And that’s only scratching the surface.

As I write this, hundreds are flooding Washington, DC and other major city streets protesting; however it is difficult to determine exactly what they are protesting since a plethora of foreign flags are being waved as well as signs denouncing many things.  The administration is working feverously to identify those at the top who are organizing the chaos.

Recently, there was an incident on a Texas campus when a white student was stabbed to death by a black student.  The killer was arrested; however, the act received little publicity.  Now, if the killer had been white and the victim black, it would be a national tragedy with much rhetoric and raucous claims of racism.  Am I wrong?

Trump continues to make America great again despite an uphill struggle.  Despite his efforts, he’s finding opposition from his own party!  Recently, seven GOP senators sided with Democrats on the president’s tariff attempts, questioning whether he has the authority to issue them.  Among them, 91-year-old Chuck Grassley and wheelchair bound Mitch Mc Connell.

A recent poll of leftists were asked if the murders of Donald Trump and Elon Musk would be good for the country.  Fifty-five percent (55%) said yes for Trump and forty-eight percent (48%) for Musk!  Now, I can’t verify the results; however, I can’t accept the fact that the question was ever asked. My concern for the president’s life is genuine.

Speaking of leftists, I’m sure you’ve all seen clips of AOC and Bernie Sanders making their way around the country pushing socialistic policy.  There was a photo of AOC riding first class!  Hmmm . . .  I wonder  who is picking up the tab for those first-class trips?  You can bet it isn’t Bernie.

WHO IS BURNING TESLAS?

As I begin this masterpiece, it is Marth 19th, and I’m watching a blizzard raging through my window.  Yesterday, it was seventy degrees and I sat outside in the sun for an hour or so!  It felt so good . . .  Guess where I live?

As I’ve probably mentioned before, the Democrat Party is in disarray,  The infighting has many causes; however, the death knell  was the loudest when Chuck Schumer voted with Republicans to pass legislation keeping the government from shutting down.  It’s fairly obvious that he was not the only Democrat to do so.  The party’s primarily problem is that it has no “leader”.  Schumer is being pressed to step down as Senate leader which he is fighting and it doesn’t appear that he has the support of Democrats to lead the party.  And some of the names tossed out there as possible presidential candidates in 2028 are hilarious.

As my title indicates, I am extremely angry with the way Elon Musk is being abused by the left.  The latest gross insult is vandalizing Tesla automobiles and dealerships across the country.  I wonder if it has occurred to any of these idiots that a goodly portion of these destroyed vehicles are possibly owned by . . . Democrats?  Obviously, this is also the case with Tesla dealerships.  Incidentally, Musk is facing numerous death threats.  And there is no mention of the astronauts who were abandoned in space for nine months by the Biden Administration being brought home by . . . Elon Musk!

I’m sure you’ve wondered from where all of these “protesters” come?  No matter the issue, dozens and even hundreds mysteriously appear wreak havoc and fear  regardless of the location.  I used to wonder if these rioters had jobs and, after some research, I discovered that this is their job!  They are hired by liberal billionaires to, at a moments notice, travel to a specific target and disrupt proceedings.  Trump and the FBI are pulling all the stops to determine who is endorsing this criminal activity and I’m certain that their efforts will expose the real criminals, who will then serve some extensive prison time despite those billions.  Incidentally, those caught are facing long prison sentences for domestic terrorism!

Another criminal act involves law enforcement receiving a frantic 911 call stating that a serious crime is about to occur or has occurred at a particular address and that shots have been fired.  They then hang up and the police have no alternative but to send a well-armed SWAT team to the address.  Once there, they initiate forced entry, weapons drawn, only to discover that the call was bogus and the homeowner is someone who is well known; a conservative politician, for example, who doesn’t want that kind of notoriety.  This type of egregious behavior is referred to as swatting and it places both citizens and law enforcement in a very dangerous situation.

My ire with our judicial system magnifies.  Recently, a US district judge issued an order for an aircraft transporting criminal aliens on the way El Salvador to turn back!  Luckily, we had a president with gonads who refused.  This judge, who’s daughter is heavily involved in leftist politics and a wife who contributed significantly to the Democrat cause, went far beyond his authority when issuing such an order; however, the matter was referred to a higher court for solution.

Partisan justice and justice shopping must go.  The appointment of impartial judicial figures is tantamount to a fair judicial process, something which we do not currently have.  Hunter Biden is a classic example, as is a grandmother peacefully entering the Capitol on January 6th.

Thankfully, the Department of Education is in its final death throes as our president promised.  The socialist director, Randi Weingarten, is loudly protesting, stating that Republicans don’t want children to learn.  An example of Weingarten’s philosophy of education is reflected here:  A Connecticut student recently graduated from high school with honors by that state’s education board.  She later admitted that she could neither read nor write!

THE SURPRISES KEEP COMING

The left continues its slide.  Rosie O’ Donnell recently threw in the towel and moved to Ireland as a result of the Trump win.  I have it on good authority that Ireland is threatening to impose a one-thousand-dollar tariff on all of our goods if we don’t take her back.

And MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow recently had to take a pay cut because of a plummeting viewer loss.  Her annual salary dropped . . . wait for it . . . from thirty million dollars to a miserable twenty-five million!  Don’t you feel sorry for her?  Her wife wasn’t pleased to say the very least.  Her politics are to the left of left and I’m not surprised that she was born in Castro Valley, California.

Speaking of California, there was an attempt by one jurisdiction to further restrict gun bans.  Get this: an individual who kills to protect himself or family during a criminal act might be charged with murder under certain circumstances!  Allegedly, the victim must prove that every effort was made to avoid the shooting and it occurred after such action was attempted.  Example; running away or slamming a door.  That would be difficult to prove if it was just you and the attacker and there were no witnesses.

Want more?  The attorney general of the People’s Republic of Washington is suing Adams County Sheriff Dale Wagner, claiming that he violated state law.  His offense? Co-operating with federal ICE officers who are rounding up illegal aliens for deportation!  The AG claimed that such activity was placing legal citizens in danger. . . and. . . reducing the labor force!  You can’t make this stuff up . . .

And birthright citizenship is back in the news.  Apparently, the Supreme Court is going to hear a suit pertaining to the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.  I have discussed this issue previously.  The question is whether a child born in this country is automatically an American citizen.  This question became a bigger issue with the influx of illegal immigration the past four years.  If a woman  gives birth to a child while she is here illegality, is that child a natural born citizen of the United States?

If my niece comes from Germany for a visit while pregnant and delivers while she is here visiting, is the child an American citizen based solely on his location of birth?  The answer is a resounding NO as far as I’m concerned;  however, it will be interesting to hear the Courts finding.  The amendment specifically states that a child born in the United States to individuals who are subject to citizenship duties is a citizen.  That’s not exact, but it’s close.

And what about these idiots destroying Tesla vehicles and dealerships all over the country because of Elon Musk’s involvement in cleaning up The Swamp?  He’s certainly not doing it for the money.  In fact, his net worth has recently dropped a billion dollars!   As Vice President Vance addressed a similar group harassing him and his child, “Don’t you people have a job?  I’ll break it to you gently, Mister Vice President.  That is their job!  I wish I could prove it.  They are paid to do it.

I recently learned that, toward the end of his term, Biden was unable to sign his name to presidential documents, so a stamp of his signature was created and used to sign said documents!  No, I’m not kidding.  Essentially, anyone possessing the stamp could “sign” a document!  Would a document be legitimate if the signature was a stamp?  Couldn’t anyone with access to the stamp pretend to be the president?  Biden’s cognitive dementia would certainly inhibit his ability to determine whether he actually authorized the “signature”.

Lastly, the United States Postal Service is in serious financial difficulty and there is talk about privatizing it.  Most folks are choosing electronic communication rather than mailing items these days.  The same holds true for cash transactions and paper checks.  The next couple of decades are going to be very transformative.  I wonder how much of it I will get to witness . . .

I BEG YOUR PARDON?

Between our former and current presidents, is anyone still in jail?  Just kidding, of course.  Yesterday was certainly a busy time for signing pardons and commutations.  Trump’s, I approved of, needless to say.  The release of the January 6th victims has been long in coming, with many actually serving prison time and it will be interesting to see their response.  I’m sure the ambulance chasers will be busy filing lawsuits.

Biden, on the other hand, pardoned his entire family as well as those involved in the January 6th kangaroo court, Liz Cheney and Christopher Wray, among them.  Also pardoned was Anthony Fauci, Alvin Bragg, Mark Milley and many more, too numerous to mention.  He didn’t stop there.  He commuted the death sentences for all federal  prisoners, save two.

One commutation was particularly egregious; that being Leonard Peltier, the individual sentenced to death for the killing of two FBI agents, even though Director Wray pleaded with him to not do so!  So much for partners in crime . . Candidly, I question Biden’s pardons; can an individual be pardoned before being convicted of a crime?  Hmmm. . .

Another issue you will be hearing a great deal about is birthright citizenship.  It is a common misconception that anyone born in the United States is automatically a citizen.  This has to do with the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution which can be interpreted a couple of ways.  It states that anyone born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof is a citizen.  In other words, a child born here while the parents are visiting from another country cannot claim citizenship.

Trump believes, as do I, that such is the case; however, many on the left vehemently disagree.  This is particularly significant with the influx of illegal immigration.  Is a child born here while the parent(s) are in the country illegally automatically a citizen?  Trump doesn’t think so, and neither do I.  I have no doubt that the issue will ultimately find its way to the Supreme Court . . . as will many others.

Time has lapsed a bit since I started this entry.  Trump’s cancellation of all federal DIE (sorry, DEI) projects has ramped up backlash; however, not as much as I assumed it would.  I think numerous corporations and other entities are breathing a huge sigh of relief while the left is squealing as usual.  Now that I think about it, maybe not very loudly, although they are still confused about equity and quality

Despite all the  hype concerning Trump’s Cabinet picks, things are moving right along.  Pete Hegseth was confirmed as the Secretary of Defense, despite the fact that several Republicans voted no.  And Kristi Noem will be the new director of Homeland Security, taking the place of Mydorkus.  She will have her hands full, particularly with the Secret Service, after all the negative publicity surrounding the Trump assassination attempts.  I just wish they would return that branch to the Treasury Department where it belongs.

Tulsi Gabbard’s appointment as national intelligence director is finding some resistance due to a perceived pro-Russian leaning on the part .  Gabbard, a former Democrat, has a significant political and military background and seems highly qualified to me.

And Tom Homan immediately went to work rounding up illegals and catching some heat in the process.  Five hundred in one day!  I guess a school board in Arizona has declared itself a “sanctuary school” and in another incident, Secret Service agents  conducting an investigation at a school not related to immigration were mis-reported as ICE agents.

I hate to be repetitive, but it is going to be a busy and interesting few months.

WHAT’S NEXT?

They tell me it’s snowing in Florida!  What happened to global warming?  Did Joe pardon it?  He still has a couple of days to start World War III . . .

His parting speech was pretty much ridiculed by both sides.  His administration will more than likely take its place as probably the worst in the history of the country.  It was recently disclosed that even Chuck Schumer attempted to convince Biden not to run for a second term, knowing that he wasn’t capable of performing his presidential duties.  I’ll probably never know who convinced him to choose Kamala Harris as a running mate.

The hearings for Cabinet nominees have been interesting for the most part.  Pete Hegseth suffered the most from the senator’s questions and he did very well, I thought.  Pam Bondi also took some hits, but responded clearly and decisively to the queries.  Senator Adam “pencil neck” Schiff got his head handed to him by Bondi and I especially enjoyed that.  (Incidentally, my estimation of voters in his precinct dropped precipitously.  How did this creature receive enough votes to win a Senate seat.)

Time is passing.  It is now early Saturday evening and it was announced that, due to frigid temps, the inauguration will be held inside.  Many supporters expressed frustration after coming from just about everywhere to witness the event.  Also pouring in are thousands of protestors shouting and holding signs.  I’m aware that these “protestors” are paid to be there; however, their ability to gather by the thousands on short notice stuns me.

Biden’s confusion is becoming more apparent and exposed since the election and the Lame Stream Media’s impending demise.  He recently commented on his approval of the Twenty-Eighth Amendment to the Constitution.  The problem with that is the fact that the Constitution has only twenty-seven amendments.  He apparently was referring to the Equal Rights proposal, which never received the thirty-eighth state approval requirement for an addition to the Constitution.  He also denied signing another bill, even after it was proven that he did.

Time is again passing.  It is now Sunday evening, just hours before Trump is sworn in.  The excitement is palpable and I have it on pretty good authority that the decision to move the event indoors had more to do with Trump’s safety than the outdoor temperature; however, that’s speculation on my part as there have already been two attempts on his life.

Meanwhile, California continues to smolder.  Insurance companies, primarily State Farm, have been in the spotlight.  I’m sure that you are aware that California legislators limited the amount of premium increases insurers could assess some time ago.  Said carriers specializing in home insurance began bailing out of the California market in droves and many homeowners had their coverage terminated prior to the fires.  I’m glad I don’t live in that state.

Well, it is now official.  We have a new president!  I didn’t get to watch the event as it was happening, but it apparently went very smoothly.  He is now in the process of signing executive orders, among them, the closing of the southern border with the assistance of the military and pardoning the January 6th victims.  It is going to be a very interesting couple of months, especially for those who await Trump’s wrath.

On a personal note, I just noticed that I was discharged from the army sixty years ago today.  It occurred at Fort Hamilton, New York after a rather rough ocean voyage from Germany.  The clerk handling the discharge giggled because my birthday was just two days away and told me that I was getting a nice birthday present in the form of the discharge.  I agreed!

It’s been bitterly cold here.  The current daytime temperature is two degrees!  It’s at times like this that I think about my years in Arizona.  I miss it, but I would miss Deena a hundred times more!  She’s the light of my life.  As long as she’s with me, I can handle anything.
